Everything you need to know before placing your order with Toys by Taiwala.

Are all sales final?

All purchases from Toys by Taiwala are considered final sale unless otherwise stated. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, minor manufacturing flaws, packaging imperfections, carrier delays, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Once an order has been handed off to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another shipping carrier, Toys by Taiwala is not responsible for delays, loss, or transit damage. If your package arrives damaged, keep all original packaging, take clear photos, and file a claim directly with the carrier.

Yes. Mass-produced collectibles may include minor cosmetic variations such as paint inconsistencies, slight scuffs, uneven molding, box dings, creases, or alignment issues. These are common in collectible manufacturing and do not qualify as defects.

Pre-order items require full payment at checkout to reserve inventory. Release dates are estimates and may change. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available. For immediate shipment of in-stock items, place a separate order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests after 48 hours may be subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.

If an order is returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. If canceled instead of reshipped, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery at support@taiwalaholdings.com. Claims submitted after that window may not be eligible for review.

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Afterpay / Shop Installments if available.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Shipping & Carrier Disclaimer

All orders are packaged carefully using protective materials appropriate for collectible items.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), Toys by Taiwala is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Damage occurring during transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Retain all original packaging

  2. Take clear photos of the item and box

  3. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier

Claims must be submitted within the carrier’s required timeframe. Toys by Taiwala does not file claims on behalf of customers and cannot guarantee claim outcomes.

Order Issues

If you believe we made an error (wrong item, missing item), contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will correct any error determined to be our responsibility

Fraud Prevention

Toys by Taiwala reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of:

  • Return fraud

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Unauthorized reselling

  • Providing false or misleading information

Fraudulent activity may be reported to payment processors or relevant authorities.

Buyer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You have read and accepted these policies

  • You understand collectible packaging may contain minor cosmetic imperfections

  • You accept the product as described

  • You will not file disputes based on shipping delays or cosmetic packaging condition

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
